projects. Initial Feasibility Study
Primarily utilised for budgeting purposes, the study will provide
space allocation, equipment specification and cost analysis in line
with our initial client brief for medium to long term investment.
The brief report is based on the Client's existing situation and
known future needs combined with modern solutions and our experience
of similar projects. This initially will outline otherwise normally
overlooked hidden costs. Outline design concepts may also be
included for architectural layouts and planning permission
requirements.
Design Brief
A brief is fundamental in terms of service performance to ensure all
design and equipment requirements are in line with operational
activities. This includes short, medium and long term business plan
strategies.
Outline / In-depth Working Drawings
Layout drawings, in line with the brief, provide internal
environment designs indicating area relationships and equipment
content. Depending on the involvement of bespoke equipment, outline
or working drawings may be necessary. This design will form the
basis of the content specification, effectively and creatively
utilising and combining space with modern equipment.
Tender Management
This consultancy service incorporates the creation of a bespoke
individually written and designed package for equipment
specification, layout and tender documentation. the main objective
is to assist in the selection of the catering equipment supplier
most suitably qualified to achieve standards of performance on a
price competitive bid. We incorporate both financial and qualitative
aspects within the service.
Charter Procurement Plan
Many of our clients today prefer to work with a select team from
start to finish of each project, working directly with manufacturers
and/or importers. Our design consultancy service provides for a
fully comprehensive design and specification package as in normal
tendering situations. However, at the point of tender issue we take
each client direct to the manufacturer. (A pre-tender process will
be initiated with manufacturers to achieve pricing competitiveness).
We will act as project and procurement managers, vetting all
qualitative and financial aspects on a fee basis.
