consultants are based in London, Birmingham, Leeds and Glasgow, each
has his or her own support team. We have collectively speaking
accumulated over 150 years of experience within the Hotel, Catering
and Hospitality industry. The team of five consultants are led by
Ken Stewart who formed the company in
1992. The companies head office remains in the West Midlands in
Droitwich Spa, Worcestershire.
